email-image1A florist asked me if she could email me her changes. Shortly after that I received six emails. One email for each category that she wanted fixed.  It had been a long time since her website was updated, which is what I find with most florists. This is one of the reasons I love what I do. Genuinely helping  florists do what they want and need, makes me feel good about the service my company offers.  Her site was overdue and when she heard I could do it for her, she was thrilled to email me all the changes she wanted. The total number of items needed to be deleted exceeded 100. Now she has a clean site and is happy with the job that I did for her.

Can you help me with my florist website?

Posted by: Admin | Comments (0)

When a florist has two different websites it becomes extremely time consuming to do all the maintenance that is involved. Each and every change in one site needs to then be made in the other.  This morning’s call for help came from a florist needing in-depth price matching. Never before had she ever attempted to match the prices as the workload for this kind of detailed maintenance was far more than was ever possible on her own. She is an average florist with a full plate …doing everything  under the sun to keep the shop running. Floristwebsitehelp.com was able to bring the second site up to date.  Another happy florist.

Can you help me with my Blog?

Posted by: Admin | Comments (0)

help-buttonThe unique call of the day came from a florist needing help updating the blog that is a prominent part of her website.  Blogs are important and if a florist does not have one, they certainly should start one.  This florists’ website blog is highly ranked on the search engines so keeping it up to date is extremely beneficial.  I made a few changes and a few quick calls back and forth with the florist until it was exactly what this florist wanted.  Making just a few minor changes gave the blog a fresh new look.

teresa-can-help-image3This morning started with a florist’s request for help to delete 75 items from his website. The owner, looking at his website, pointed out the arrangements that he wanted removed and we took care of the rest. After we made the changes to his website, we called to inform him the work was completed. This shop owner is now a happy guy and his website looks much better. He indicated he had wanted these items removed from his site for a long time, but did not have time to take care of it.  This is what floristwebsitehelp.com is for and making your site look better is what we are all about.

happy-st-patricks-day-imageToday was a day filled with adding new categories: St. Patrick’s day, Secretary’s and Easter to one of my clients’ websites.  This gives us both a jump on the holiday as preparing each of these categories this far in advance takes the pressure off as the holiday comes closer. All the items are staged and priced and ready for activation. This is a huge sense of relief for this particular florist as it reduces the stress load knowing this has been accomplished.

Fixing Product Codes

Posted by: Admin | Comments (0)

A florist asked me  today to help fix all the product codes. This shop had TF, Bloomlink,  and FTD codes and wanted all of them to be consistent to match her new coding system. I went into each and every item on the website and made the code changes as requested. The work is complete and now this website has all consistent coding. While in the process of fixing the codes, I also fixed some items that were still active on the site with Valentine’s descriptions, Christmas items that were never deactivated and a gorgeous orchid plant that was not active in any category.

Gift Cards For Online Redemption

Posted by: Admin | Comments (0)

I work with several florists offering gift cards and when they order new cards they count on me to load them into the back end of their website.  Loading them is not difficult, it just takes time. Time that these florists don’t have, so they call me for help and I do it for them. Gift Cards are definitely a convenience you want to be able to offer your online customers. Why not allow them to redeem your gift card online? Give Florist Website Help a call if you need us to load your gift cards. I just need the gift card number and the value of the card.

Received a call this morning from a florist who told me she was sold out of a particular item and she needed all the items that had this paticular item in them removed from her site. She had the item on her home page and throughout the different categories in her site. I removed them from her site and called her back as soon as the work was complete.   This is the kind of customer service that we provide at Florist Website Help.
