Helping florists Update their websites for Mothers Day
Posted by: | CommentsThis time of the year is a lot of fun for me. The reports for Valentines Day have been reviewed and marketing for Secretaries and Mothers Day are behind us. Now for the fun part: updating each website with their custom Mothers Day images. I have seen some very pretty flower arrangements this year.
I am really looking forward to Mother’s Day 2010 as it will be bigger than 2009 as we slowly see a glimpse of economic recovery. I have a few shops that believe it or not showed gains in March more than 30%…. that gives me the home that April and May will be us as well. Yeah! Finally a glimpse of customers spending more, increasing their frequency of purchase and buying more add-ons.
If you are a florist and you don’t think you have the time to make the updates that your site needs prior to Mothers Day, give me a call and the professionals at Florist Website Help will help you make the changes that you need. Even if you are not sure what you need, we can review the site for you and help you every step of the way.
Now that Valentine’s Day 2010 is over, What Now?
Posted by: | CommentsHeaven knows a Sunday Valentine’s Day adversely affected Valentine’s sales. Now that it is over we have next year to look forward to as 2011 Valentine’s Day will fall on a Monday which brings back deliveries to the work place. Hope returns! So what now? Spring blooms for Easter, Secretaries Day and Mothers Day.
Many flower shops will take this week to recover, pull reports and get their websites in order for the next three holidays and spring arrangements.
In addition many florists will take this time between now and Mother’s Day to go independent. To Tell TF or FTD that they are parting ways and going their own way. If that is you, Congratulation!
Having your own site will make a huge difference for your business. If you made the decision to go wire service free and need some help with the transition, contact Florist Website Help. We will be happy to get your new website up and running.
