The following are some of our more frequently asked questions:
Q. Can you change my prices? My prices have been the same for the past five years and I have not had the time to get in and update them. Also, Can you add tier pricing similar to FTD and Teleflora?
A. Yes to both questions. Often times the shop owner just has not had the time. This is where we come in and update the pricing per your request. Across the board changes or within just certain categories. Also another area that needs to be updated is the delivery charges. If these have not been updates, probably would be a good idea to review these too. Just fax me your delivery zips and charges and I will do the rest.
Q.Can you change my codes? I am so tired of the hodge podge of codes, my website has one code and my pos has another. Can you straighten it all out for me?
A. Yes, not a problem. At this stage, I find items that have multiple codes, no codes at all or the item is missing from the website completely.
Q. Can you upload my custom or wire service images? My camera is full of images! I have been procrastination for months because I just do not have the time to upload them onto my website. Can you do that for me?

Q.Can you change my product positioning? I am so sick and tired of seeing the same images in the same position everytime I look at the site. Can you freshen up the site, move some images around so that the customer gets a new feel the next time they come to my florist website?
A. Yes, and this is a great idea. If you have all the images already uploaded, but want me to freshen up your website by moving the best looking images to the front of the section, I can do that for you.
Q. Can you write a monthly or weekly blog? Seriously, I have never written a blog, nor do I want to. Can I just ask you to write one for me?

Q.Can you make same day changes? I just ran out of a particular flower that is featured predominatly on my home page and or throughout my website and I need that item removed right away. Also, The holiday is getting closer can you remove these items from my holiday selection right now?

Q. Can you delete items off my site completely? I have wire service containers that I have not carried in years. I need these off my site.

Q.Can you work with my web host to make more complex changes? I have been struggling to get things done, but do not have the time to make the list and write it up and then continuously follow up to make sure everyting is getting done that I asked for. I need a project manager to break things down into pieces and then follow up till it id taken care of.
